minderfinders babysitters are enthusiastic child focused individuals all coming from some form of childcare background. All candidates are over 20 years old, are garda vetted, and have had their references checked by our staff. All minderfinders babysitters have their own cars, they are sensitive to children’s developmental needs, and come equipped with fun activities which are age and developmentally appropriate. Babysitters will encourage children to participate in these activities during the babysitting session, if they need stimulation. All minderfinders babysitters arrive wearing their minderfinders uniform, they have a minderfinders report pad, and leave a summary for parents at the end of the babysitting session.
When you make contact with us and decide to use our service, we will schedule a meeting, to ensure that relevant staff members of the hotel are familiar with our booking system and all aspects of our service and policies.
When your hotel registers with minderfinders, you will be issued with a user name and password, which will allow access to our on line booking system, and show the babysitters available on the date required.
When checking in, the guest will be asked to complete a minderfinders booking form outlining children’s routines and any special requirements. The guest pays the babysitter directly at the end of the babysitting session.
