Our Rates & Services
When you log a booking through the minderfinders website, giving the specified notice, you are assured that you will have a babysitter to meet your requirements. Your babysitter will have gone through our rigorous screening process, and will be equipped with a pack comprising of activities, that are age and developmentally appropriate. The activities include step-by-step art/craft ideas,simple cookery recipes, ideas for indoor/outdoor games, mental challenges,as well as ideas for games to be played on paper. Your babysitter will encourage your child to participate in these activities during the babysitting session.
minderfinders membership
minderfinders operates on a membership basis, the membership subscription is €25 per month payable by standing order, your babysitter is paid directly at the end of each session.

A sessional booking, is for a minimum of 3 hours, is paid at the following hourly rates
- Weekdays day-time/evening-time €10 per hour
- Weekends from Friday 6pm day-time/evening-time up to mid-night €12 per hour
*Saturday evening bookings should be logged before the close of business on the previous Wednesday, 24 hours notice is required for sessional bookings, for all other evenings.
An Overnight booking for 12 hours
An overnight booking for 12 hours, from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m, can be made once you are familiar with your babysitter. The rate for this booking is €75
* If you require your babysitter to start before 8pm, or finish after 8am, the additional time is payable at the hourly rate.
*minimum1 week prior notice is required for overnight bookings.
24 Hour Bookings24 hour bookings, can also be made once you are familiar with your babysitter. The rate for this booking is €130
* minimum 1 week prior notice is required for 24 hour bookings
48 Hour BookingsA 48 hour booking is €250
*minimum 1 week prior notice is required for 48 hour bookings
Holiday BookingsAs part of your membership with minderfinders,
you can also book your babysitter to care for you children in your home
while you are away, on holiday.
The cost of this booking is €600.00
*minimum one month advance notice is required for this booking
Alternatively if you are planning a family holiday, you can book your babysitter to accompany you.
The cost of this booking is €400.00
* minimum one month advance notice is required for this booking
The Importance of the Courtesy CallHaving placed your booking with us, you will receive a courtesy call from your babysitter, before 4 p.m. on the date prior to the date of your booking. This call is an opportunity to confirm the details of your booking, it acts as a safety net, in the event that there has been an error regarding time, date etc of your booking!
If you have not received your courtesy call by 4 p.m. on the day before your booking, you must contact us to inform us, so that you are not let down, as we will ensure you have a babysitter!
